What we collect
Only what we need to answer your questions and, if you choose, book a call: your name, email address, mobile number if you are over $250,000 and want a text confirmation, your state, your age band, your retirement timeline, your savings range and what recently changed.
Data minimization
Under $250,000 we do not ask for or store a phone number. We do not run any sale of personal data beyond the single matched advisor who serves your state, and only when you ask for a call and agree to be contacted. We do not use your details to train any third-party AI model.
Where it goes
Your details are stored in our own database. If you book a call, the advisor you are matched to receives your name, email, phone number, state, savings range, timeline and your answers. If you do not book, no advisor receives your details.
Text messages
If you give consent, we send a one-time code and, after you book, reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the call. Texts may come from us or from the advisor named when you agree. Reply STOP at any time. We honor it within 10 business days, and send one text to confirm. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Cookies and measurement
The site stores your calculator inputs in your own browser session. When advertising is active, a Meta Pixel may measure visits and conversions. It is off in this build.
We use Google Analytics to count visits. It sees the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location. It never sees your answers, balance, name, email or phone.
Keeping and deleting
We keep lead records while we need them for the booking and for our own records of consent. Ask us to delete your record and we will, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
Write to our support address to see, correct or delete your details, or to withdraw consent. You can also stop texts by replying STOP.
Children
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
